Refund policy

We cannot process refunds under the following circumstances:

• Products sent to the wrong address (including “return to sender”). Please confirm the return address with us before returning, as the return address may differ from the shipping address.
• Choosing cash on delivery as the return method.
• Ordering accessories or used machines.
• A machine can only be replaced once under normal circumstances. Refunds are not available after a replacement.
• For logistics-related lost orders, we will submit claims to the courier company. A Claim ID will be required from the customer. We cannot process a refund until a resolution is provided by the courier company. If desired, we can resend the product.

Refund Process

To initiate a refund, please contact us via email at theoxygenconcentrators@gmail.com. Be sure to include your order number and the reason for the refund request.

If you are requesting a return due to a quality issue, please provide a video as proof of the issue.

Once we confirm and accept your return or replacement request, we will send you the return address. After shipping the product back, please email us the tracking number.

Refunds will be processed within 48 hours after we receive the returned product.

For returns related to product defects, we require a video as proof. Please send it to our email. We will replace the product or process the refund. Contact us within 30 days of receiving the product.

If you receive the wrong product or missing accessories due to an error on our part, please send a picture of the item you received. We will arrange for a replacement or reshipment at no additional cost. Please contact us within 3 days of receiving the item to arrange the replacement.

All products are guaranteed to be in good condition. If the product is damaged during shipment, please provide a picture of the damaged item. We will replace it at no additional cost. Please contact us within 3 days of receiving the item to arrange a replacement.

Note: Before returning a product, please email us for the correct return address. Do not send the product back to the original shipping address on the package, as it is not our return address. Sending it to the wrong address may delay the return process.

Refund Time

Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment method used (PayPal or bank transfer). If the refund exceeds the expected timeframe, please contact PayPal or your issuing bank for further details.

PayPal: Refunds typically take 1-2 business days to arrive.

Cancel the Order

Before Shipment:

If you wish to cancel your order before it ships, please email us immediately with the subject line “Cancel Order.” We prioritize these requests and will handle them as quickly as possible.

After Shipment: Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders once they have been shipped. Please email us to request the return address, sign for the package upon delivery, and return the item to the provided address.

Exchange Products

Exchanges can be processed within 30 days after we receive your returned product.
To request an exchange, please email us with your order number and the model you wish to exchange. Return the original product to us first, and we will ship the new product after confirming your shipping address.
